Black Label Radio LLC (“Black Label Radio”, “we”, “us”) operates black-label-radio.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We are based in Providence, Rhode Island, USA.

What we collect

Phone number — only if you submit it to our Secret Event List.
Name, email and message — only if you submit our sound & services enquiry form.
Basic technical data — our host records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and traffic measurement.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not ask you to create an account.

How we use it

Your phone number is used to send you SMS messages about events, secret locations and ticket drops — and nothing else.
Enquiry form submissions are used to reply to you about booking or equipment hire.
Technical data is used to keep the site working and secure.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

Klaviyo — stores contact records and delivers our SMS messages.
Formspree — delivers sound & services enquiry submissions to us.
Cloudflare — hosts and serves the website.
SoundCloud, YouTube and Instagram — embedded players and feeds. These load content from those companies, and they may set their own cookies and collect data under their own policies. We do not control that.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

SMS specifically

Providing your phone number is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. See our Terms of Service for the full SMS terms.

We do not share your SMS consent or phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details until you ask us to remove them, or until they are no longer needed for the purpose you gave them. Unsubscribing from SMS stops the messages; we retain a minimal record of the opt-out so we do not contact you again by mistake.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from SMS at any time by replying STOP.
Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR. Contact us and we will honour applicable requests.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and our SMS list is intended for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and contact data is held by the providers listed above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
