These terms govern your use of black-label-radio.com and any SMS messages you receive from Black Label Radio LLC (“Black Label Radio”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or joining our SMS list, you agree to them.

SMS terms

By providing your phone number and submitting our Secret Event List form, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older, that the number is yours, and that you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Black Label Radio at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers may change without notice.

What we send: announcements about upcoming events, secret locations, ticket drops and broadcasts. We do not sell your number or share it for anyone else's marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Events and tickets

Event details, line-ups, locations and times may change. Tickets are sold through third-party platforms under their own terms and refund policies; we are not the seller of record. Some events are invite-only or age-restricted, and admission is at the discretion of the venue.

Sound & services enquiries

Submitting the enquiry form is a request, not a booking. Equipment hire and audio services are confirmed only by a written agreement between you and us.

Intellectual property

The Black Label Radio name, logo, site design, text and original media are owned by Black Label Radio LLC or used with permission. Photography, artwork and music appearing on this site may be owned by their respective creators and are used with permission; those rights remain with them. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute material from this site for commercial use without written permission.

Third-party content

The site embeds players and feeds from SoundCloud, YouTube and Instagram, and links to external sites. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site, submit phone numbers that are not yours, or use the site unlawfully.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Label Radio LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from attending an event.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, USA.
